 What is happiness ?. What do you need to be happy?. The truth is that everyone understands happiness in a different way, happiness is something intangible, can not be measured, can not touch or grasp, happiness is an inner state of your "being" of your "I" and to Getting to that state the first thing you need to know is that in the balance of your beliefs you will find happiness.
To be happy does not need to have riches, you do not need to have the best car in your neighborhood, you do not need to go to eat at the restaurant every day, you do not have to have problems either, the only thing you need is to understand That if you feel needy, you will never feel happy, you will spend your life seeking to cover your lack, without enjoying the now of what you have, the present.
Our universe is created by two polarities, and everything that exists in it is governed by the same law, everyone and everything has a positive pole and a negative pole, and these two poles form a unity of life, they are complementary, the One without the other could not exist.
Life is like this, it has positive moments and negative moments and the balance between them makes our energy flow unimpeded, but this does not mean that that balance must be constant, no, precisely the happiness feels as against an impediment We achieve again the balance, the emotion of the joy to achieve it is the one that brings us the state of happiness.
You must understand that your beliefs are vitally important when it comes to marking your life purpose. The goals that you set should be within your possibilities and increase as you achieve the achievements, so in each achievement however small you will get the emotion of joy, and therefore the inner state of happiness.
But be clear that happiness depends not only on material achievements, it depends much more on the achievements in your personal growth, in the growth of your freedom, in the construction of your thoughts and in the transformation of seeing and understanding life with coherence.
Do not constantly struggle to get what you do not have and stop to enjoy what you have.
Do not regret what you lack and thank for what you have, only then you will feel happy.
Remember that to be happy you do not need any reason.
