There are times when we stick to emotional situations that hurt us, we often suffer from not letting go of a relationship that has been broken or lost, when we lose a friendship, a partner, a loved one or even material things, being Human tends to suffer asking "why me ?, how is it always the same happens to me ?, when will I get things right ?, why life punishes me this way ?, and we enter into an emotional state Of sadness, of depression that afflicts us and does not allow us to see clearly our present.
Certainly when a loved one is deceased it is logical a period of mourning, or when a relationship with a friendship or with our partner is broken it is logical that we are little animated during a period of time, but this one should not prolong more than due.

Let loose what hurts, what you have lost leaves in your memory the good moments but forget the bad ones, do not let them distress you, when they appear in your thoughts say "no, out, I do not want you with me" and try to remember something Beautiful, something that makes you feel peace, joy and happiness. Inside you will find the power to do it, look for it and unfold it to its full potential and success is assured since in you are all the answers.
